Ahhh, it’s good to be back! I feel like a newborn baby with the “redebut” of fistpumps.com. Full of awe and promise, we vow to make 3.0 better than ever! I’ll admit it, we got cold and depressed during the Winter, and the combination of Madoff ponzi-ing away our invested Google Ads money (billions) and the constant playing of Springsteen’s Nebraska album in our offices was just too much to bear. Could you log onto Yahoo Images under those circumstances every morning? I think not.
But then something happened. Perhaps it was the thought of the impending bloom of Spring or 35 billion dollars earmarked for “Fistpumps R&D” in the Stimulus Bill. Either way, we realized that a world without fistpumps coverage will absolutely not help bail us out of these circumstances. If you notice, things really started to go downhill late in 2008, the exact time when fistpumps.com 2.0 was stockpiling canned goods for Winter hibernation. The peoples of Earth reacted. The markets tanked, banks tightened the noose on the flow of credit, and things like this started occurring on playing fields across the globe:
